damn it its an fd they all run.
its time to go back to the basics.
1. pull the plugs out, clean them and then crank the motor over with the throttle floored. you should be able to hear compression, and it should smoke from the plug holes
2. put the plugs back in, put a timing light on it. try to start it. does the light flash?
if yes: with the key on engine off, jump the fuel pump (its in the diagnistic box), you should be able to hear fuel running in the lines
if no: does the ignitor get 12v? how about the coils? try another ecu, see if you get any codes

Well i FINALLY got the car back on the street. you will never guess what it was.
Well i changed the fuel filter and blew out the hardlines, still no fuel pressure.. pumps running and such.. the usual run around. We take the pump out.. well the O-Ring that goes from the pump to the Tube/hat had come out, and the pump was pumping the fuel, but when it would pump, some would dump back into the tank.. ie no fuel pressure. Reinstalled the o-ring and bent the bracket to make sure the fuel pump won't come lose again.. Btw i run a walbro fp...
My problems are solved. I'd like to thank everyone who helped me out! Remember... the 7 never dies.
