Ok I have the Pettit Racing Intake. Will I have a problem fitting the M2 Large IC in or should that not be a problem? I was going to either go with a mini battery or relocate anyway so that's not a concern right now, my main concern is the IC and intake combination.

it should work fine, the pettit isnt a box so you have room to fudge it

Watch to make sure that Pettit heat shield isnt rubbing the IC pipe real bad, it almost rubed a hole thru my IC pipe. I got a peice of vacume hose and cut a slit down one side to I could open it up. Then I put in a touch of glue and sliped it on the end of the heatshield so that I didnt have the metal to metal contact.

If you run into the same prob you might want to do that

You should have pleny off room.. This same topics is going on in the performance mods forum.

..

here is a pic of the pettit large which is basically the same as the M2 large.

you see you dont even need the "intake kit" just the filter is fine.

like the others said, you should not have a prob, as long as that funky 1" diameter convoluted piping piece is still intact due to the presenc of the air pump. it will need to be removed, and forgive me if this is repetitve, i have a migraine here at work, and am not reading too well right now....
