Hello, my car didnt go up more than 11psi of boost . The turbo is in good condition, theres no play on the shaft n its no smoking. its a 87 T2 i got engine port 3mm apex seals spring kit from the twin turbo, racing beat down pipe then no cat with 3 inch single pipe all the way to the back n magnaflow muffler.

When i rebuilt the engine i take the egr, selenoids n all the crab off.i would like n aswer on that of the turbo problem.thanks.

its not really safe to go more than that if you have the stock ic/ fuel system

get an aftermarket gauge also, the stock one is gay

 

sds is a great piggy back fuel system if ur cheap like me

 

i got a boost gauge and temperature exhaust gauge so i dont care about the fuel, i got bigger injectors, so i want to get more boost may be another waste gate.

 

don't waste your time trying to get more boost out of the stock turbo..your going to over do its max eff. basically your intake charge is going to be too hot.

 

you can get out of this turbo about 28 psi of boost.

do you now that you can get a lot of boost from a small turbo?

you can upgreat the turbo so you can get your boost faster than the oem.
