no power shifting is when you shift at full rpm just like that but without using a clutch. You just slam or "power" it into the next gear. And you want to shift like i do on a turbo because it keeps the turbo spooled between shifts. I did it all tonight at the street races and i'v never pulled so hard in second.
you have much to learn grasshopper. Tranny's that are designed to do that are called Guru tranny's...aka...dogmissions

Heh yeah, I would love to see him shift at full throttle with no clutch a few times

www.rx-7store.net has a dif brace for about $160. I just ordered mine when I recieve it in the mail and install it on my girl i'll post to let whoever wants to know how the installation was and how it feels.

im sure when you start to look at transmission, it adds up pretty fast

so dog missions are made to shift with no clucth? How does that work cause you can by dog missions for 7's. How does that work?

Ray at PFS(ForceFed7 on the other board) was making 700 ~ rwhp(2.25 kilos boost on a T-51R kai) with the STOCK tranny. Made SEVERAL runs on that same tranny. He ended up breaking axles before anything else...
