ive had my car back for a month from the rebuild, and electrical problems are somewhat plaging my car.

i replaced the alternator the day it got back, as well as the battery. car drove fine for a while then a few days ago the lights went dim and i got the charge light. when i dorve before sometimes when i hit a hard bump, my lights would go dim and id drive like that for a while. and then id hit another and it would be very bright. i replaced the alternator AGAIN today, and the battery is charged. but it will not start right now due to 8 volts reading on the pfc. my normal is 13-14.5 for startup. is a ground loose or something?

the ground that runs to the neg battery terminal which also has a fuse box attached to it that is on the fender is NOT bolted to the fender so sometimes it hits it, sometimes it doesnt.

the master ground wire that connects NEAR the crank pulley and the spark plugs at the bottom of the engine, is connected fine and is not loose. the starter is fine and usually drains 2 volts when i startup, then it returns to normal.

when the lights are dim the alternator will not charge the battery to return it to normal, but if i hit a bump and all is normal, it will charge... the cable that connects to the alternator is on securly, as well as the plug with the two wires going to the electrical sys from the alternator...

HELP!!

it's definatly a loose/corroded ground connection. basically go from the battery and trace all the connections
