That RX-7 needs a set of flow masters on it!

I bought my car because of the engine. I'm looking for a V8 car but in the form of a '69 Camaro. That will be my 1/4 mile car. I like V8's, I just like them in American muscle cars only.
agreed. If I wanted a V8, I'd get an old muscle car to play with. Proly supercharge it too. But a V8 in an FD is "neat"...just not something I would do.

this is nopistons.com.... we're allowed to bash on piston engines .... hehe.

thank god theres still people like u . And i hate pistons thats why im on nopistons.com i dont know how far to go on rx7club i got warned and almost kicked off for making fun of a v8 rx7 wow what a cool site and someother rx7 site 2nd gen only same thing happined v8s in a rx are bull **** .

your motor is gay this motor is the **** something you`ll never know about .not mine but the car runs 9s .
whoa there buddy....... im not a v8 hater,

i like v8's i just thought it was the funny thing to say since this is nopistons.com. i agree with jspecracer7 that its good craftmanship, and stuff. the only thing im against is that in a rx7. to me the rotary engine is the soul of the car. so replacing it with a piston would be sacrelegious.

again, i dont hate v8's....... hell i want the same engine as that car when i get the money.... but in a vette, not my rx7

Check your facts before you run your mouth.

I don't just shoot facts out into the air. Look at the site- 3025lbs w/the driver. That's removing a lot of **** too.... including power steering. That's about 300lbs. more than my 7. The weight is still transferred more forward also, causing increased braking distances and more understeer even with their aftermarket struts and aftermarket front and rear sway bars. If you upgrade the suspension in a car with a 13b you will run away from their car on any roadcourse...even if you had less hp. Once again- and try to hear me this time - I am not bashing on this conversion... I think it took some talent to throw a V8 in there, I just don't agree with it.
