My overhaul went well thanks to the overhaul video from Rotary Aviation. I recommend it to anybody who never tried a rotary overhaul and wants to.

Anyway, I'm installing my secondary fuel rail, 1600cc injectors, lines and regulator from KGparts.com and I'm running into a few problems/concerns. First of all, in order to mount the rail I have to remove an unknown part from the backside of the lower intake for clearance and remove the air bleeds. I know I need to make a block of plate to seal the opening for the unknown part. First of all, anybody know what this part is or what it's for? Next, I think I need to reuse the air bleed insolators but will that be enought to seal the secondary injectors. Also will the fuel flow be okay without the secondary air bleeds? If there is any other mods I need to perform to pull this off, I'm open for suggestions.

Thanks everybody!

aluminum plate and high temp silicone with stock screws. The air bleed I dont know what you mean.

I forgot what I used.. I think o rings to seal instead of the aluminum made grommets.

I will say that its a tight fit and it took a lot of torque more than I thought would be needed to seat the 1600 with this setup.
