Can this be fixed ? Is this a significant problem to have a crack where the waste gate is? Can you put an after market waste gate on? and get rid of the stock acctuator? Pic in next posting.

Weld wont hold, Those are shot. Replace them.

Rule of thumb is any crack over 8mm is not repairable.

Yours are past the wastgate flapper and the gasket seat.

yeah that is a BIG crack. I have my stock manifold around here somewhere if you are interested.
