Ok I did the stethoscope test to see where the noise was coming from and i narrowed it down to coming from the rear turbo area. Well i have the turbos off now and im inspecting. Any idea where this noise could be coming from?? I was playing with the flapper door on the exhaust mani. and i can move it so it jingles, is this normal?? any ideas will be helpfull!!

Are you absolutely sure there are no gasket leaks anywhere? They can sound like ticking.

And yes, the flap if it's the one I'm thinking about with two parts does move a little.

I checked out the gaskets and they didnt look bad but im replacing them anyways. And this is no little barely audible knocking sound. Its pretty loud.

I checked the service manual for knocking sound and it says carbon accumalation(sp). Could it be that?
