Which Springs Do You Recommend?

Yeah 18 inch might be kinda hard to really lower the car much. My friends car with the RB springs and koni shocks on the stock height with 17's just works perfect. My car doesn't rub at all.

18" should really change much, it still the same diameter as it was before. I am still run 8" wide so should be to much of an issue. Do the Racing beats ride hard???



BTW i heard once that the 93 stock spring rates were different than 94 and 95s. sounds like BS but thought i would ask.

Stock spring rates are the same for all years and models, I think. There are, however, two different part numbers for the R1 and all other rear springs if I remember correctly.



Concerning the tire/wheel rubbing; as I said before, I've known stock tire/wheel cars to rub, pull down and chip stock fenders using "performance" springs and shock combinations. Having 18" wheels would make that all the worse I would think. However, there are other people who have had no problems as shown in this thread.
