Small Coolant leak on start up
#1
Every once in a while when I start my car a small amount of coolant will drip out. I also notice when this happens the car will not cold start to 3000rpm like it's supposed to. Does anyone have any idea why it happens sometimes and sometimes not??

coolant comes out of where? the 3000rpm start thing only happens in a temp range, if the car is too hot or too cold, it doesnt do it

Well I'm guessing it's a loose coolant hose, but it does not drip near the overflow tank, it drips more toward the middle of the engine bay.

ahh.. Sounds familiar..
Well, this might not be the issue, but I had TB coolant line that was loose and was loosing coolant slowly. Took me forever to find it (I was a newb) but eventually found the leak.
What I would do is re route the line and completely by pass the tb warm-up line. Its useless anyhow.
