my two cents...synthetic at that point in time was fairly new tech..
mazda hasnt done enough RnD to confirm benefits or detriment...
so an overall disclaimer was placed.....not recommending synthetic...
im now curious as to whether or not the same restriction will be placed with the upcoming renesis...
