Thumbs up

I just got an FD and I need to go through and replace all the fluids just so i know it was done and when it was done. What should I replace them with. Should I go synthetic on oil and tranny? What should I put in the rear end? Antifreeze is not a problem because I don't think it will matter rreally what i use as long as it is a decent known brand. So it you can, help me out here ok.

This may be a stupid question but the fluid in the rear end is tranny fluid also?

Did you notic a difference in shifting or anything when you changed to synthetic?

use the same on the diff..

have used redline prior to neo and found neo to be smoother....

both requires warmup under cold conditions as expected...

used new drain bolts for em as well

Ask Ito about the synth as opposed to mineral oil.

He had some interesting pics a few months ago.

I use 15-50 Mobil one synth.

It's your call.

Mineral oil will leave your car with a little bit more crud in your engine next time you crack it.

THe synths keep things pretty clean.

It's my personal opinion that synths are better, but thats my opinion and you can really use either.

BUt if you switch to synth, you shouldnt go back to mineral . .

Nah just put it in there next time you change your oil and filter.. Nothing fancy about it.
