I was looking at the Fludyne of course since Vosko and others reccommended it. Its like 150-200 more than the Koyo or PWR. Whats the difference? I hear the Fludyne is just the right thickness, not too thick nor to thin. Texas summers are hot!

If you want the real deal monster cooler get the Mazda comp rad. It is the only way to go if you can afford it.

Gee, how about the one the car comes with. It's FREE. Use it until it breaks THEN replace it with one of the expensive ones. I've got the stock rad and in south florida I've never had any overheating issues. Spend the money when you have to, not before.

Fluydines fit much better, and supposedly have a better core than the Koyo. I run a mazdacomp in my car, which is basically the same as fluydine. I can do some decent prices on either. Let me know if interested.

I would have to say SR Motorsports. Their radiator is 2.5x thicker than stock and in arizona have never heard anyone complain about overheating even when it's 120degrees outside .

It'll be a little hard to fit, just reverse the radiator mounts and you'll have to move your A/C tank down or else your trunk won't close. also, you'll need to cut a little out of your battery hold so the fans won't hit the battery and you'll also have to take out the plastic box the goes to the intercooler to cut 2 inches off the bottom of it.....

More work, but well worth it :bigok:

What happens when it cracks and you overheat your ENGINE? I used to live in Florida...temperature's about the same as it is here in Okinawa, maybe a little cooler in Florida. TRUST ME. You do NOT want the radiator to crack. It's not the stock radiator's cooling capacity. It's the stock radiator's tendency to CRACK.

If it cracks you replace it. I'm just saying it's one of those things that MAY break on you, and if it does, then replace it. I have almost 100k on my car and the stock end tanks have held up just fine. Worst case scenario, one of the endtanks lets go, you turn the car off, have it towed home and buy you a new fancy one.

How about the M2? I think it's a direct fit for the stock location.
