Which Radiator?
Koyo is fine with me! I got it as my first mod... along with doing the fan mod.
I was sitting in the driveway... just turned the car off... and as I walked to the house, the 2 turbo coolant lines blew up. Then I knew she ran hot. Replaced the hoses... Drove 900 miles to STL, and did the Rad. It was funny. I was prolly really lucky. But since then, nothing has failed.

If it cracks you replace it. I'm just saying it's one of those things that MAY break on you, and if it does, then replace it. I have almost 100k on my car and the stock end tanks have held up just fine. Worst case scenario, one of the endtanks lets go, you turn the car off, have it towed home and buy you a new fancy one.
But if it works for you then I can't argue that.
uhh, fan mod is a freebie.
wire grounding........
as far as the koyo, i too have read testimonials of heat soak, and higher than normal temps due to an inefficient amount of air flow to the oversized unit....
i am going to install my pwr soon. from what i know, it is the EXACT same thing as teh fluidyne. there were 2 business partners and they split up......now with an extra company...PWR....
