Putting In My Clutch

Since he started the topic I'm going to ask a question of my own. Over the past month I've been working on my friends 3rd gen. He asked me to remove his motor while he is gone so it can be rebuilt. I've got the motor out and am taking it to Gotham Racing tommorow for rebuild. While trying to remove his tranny I experienced problems trying to separate the wedge collar from his release bearing. Instead of continuing to mess with it and fall behind schedule I removed his pressure plate bolts and got the tranny out that way. Now I still can't get the collar and bearing to separate. Is there a special trick that anyone know to get this thing to come off? I think I've tried everything. Please help me. I'm totally lost and pissed off at this thing. Thanks.

Maybe yal can help me with one more question. We are stuck once again with the tranny. We have the 5 bolts out but am not sure what else is hokding it to the motor. Can someone hep?
