Okay...We have started installing my clutch. it is going to be a 2 day job since the clutch doesn't come in tomorrow but we decided to take the tranny out today. I was wondering if someone can help walk me through this. My cousin is doing all the hard work I will just relay the messages. First problem is I have an aftermarket Momo Shifter. I was wondering how to take it off. My AIm is LpJohnnyBravo. Or just reply. Thanks

clutch install isn't that hard. Hardest part is realigning the tranny when putting it back it. The last inch or so between the motor and bell housing is a bitch. I used some longer bolts and carefully and evenly tightened them untill it pulled together. The I put the normal bolts back in.

We just stopped since weve been under the car since about 2. (alot of brakes to go to Autozone) We have the transmission on a jack with all the bolts removed. We just have to lower it and put the new clutch on. We are having somewhat of a problem discontecting it from the motor. We left the Y-bar in since it really isnt in the way and the drive-shaft is also still connected. Any tips on how we should disconect the tranny?

The driveshaft has to come off. You need to pry on the release collar to disengage the throwout bearing.

One more question. I am so freaking pissed off its not even funny. I ordered a clutch about a month ago. When I call to check on the order they said I never ordered it. When I finally reorder the thing I have it overnighted and paid saturday shipping charges.($75) Well they sent me the wrong cluth. They sent a me a 4 puck racing clutch!! How streetable is this? It doesn't even look streetable...
