here is a closeup of my wheels. I mixed a few colors together to get this combo. It's a charcoal, gunmetal, metallic type deal.
What kinda paint did you use, spray paint? Did you sand

the rim down prior, or just start painting? Very nice looking!

There are some Du-Pont spray paint stuff just for wheels. I see them in car mags all the time.

I did mine at my friends body shop. took off the tires, cleaned the wheels with soap and water, used a scotchbrite pad to scuff them abit. Mixed the 3 colors together, sprayed them, baked them, then hit them with some clear, baked again, DONE 3 years not 1 chip

powdercoating rims is THE ****. It comes out super glossy and it's pretty good and resisting nicks and scratches and peeling and such.

The nicest powdercoat i saw was on "orange county choppers" when they painted the black widow bike's rims red, oh **** they were hot.

Are the stock wheels painted? If so, what paint do they use?
