The black rubber trim on the sides of my 82 is kind of faded, so I was thinking about painting it. Just wondering if I could paint it with some spray cans to gloss it up a little. I repainted my Mazda emblems and shined up the GSL emblems so the trim sticks out a little more now. Thanks for your help.

 

I used an .89 can of flat black from Walmart on mine, no problems. Just watch out for overspray.
