Guys I need some tips for what to do after having the motor rebuilt.

First I was told there may be a right and a wrong way to reinstall the main pulley. I see the two little pins but are they offset at all in a way that I can't make a mistake?

Once everything is back in what things do I need to do before I start it up? I imagine one would be pressurize the fuel system but what other things should I be sure to do. I referenced the service manual and it just says fill up the fluids and start it. Any input or hints you guys can provide me would be greatly appreciated.

Crank it few times without letting it start to build oil pressure.

With the FD, the main pulley only goes on one way. Either all the bolts line up or they don't.

Do just what Dave said and crank it over a few times without starting to let the oil start passing into the engine.

installing the main pully has to do with the needle bearing dropping down.

none of the pullies can be mounted incorrectly

Thanks guys. I looked at the pulley closer after I posted and noticed that the holes don't line up when it's put on one way. I have to wait for a couple of gaskets and one of the OMP fittings before I can get a good start, needed time to fix the omp wires anyway.
