you need an impact wrench or you have to fabricate something

if you are saying that you have the huge center nut off and it still won't come off you have 2 choices. 1 use a block of wood and a hammer to hit the flywheel and vibrate it loose. DO NOT TAKE THE HAMMER DIRECTLY TO THE FLYWHEEL. Option 2 go buy/rent a puller to get it off

The only way I have ever done it was with the Mazda tool. A regular puller from Pep Boys MAY work. I've heard of it being done, but I've never seen it done.

I have the truly ghetto way to get it out w/o the mazda tool. Fing a piece of round metal that just barly fits inside the pilot bearing. Then fill the whole thing up with wheel bearing grease, place the shaft in the hole, then whack it with a hammer, it may take a few times and a bunch of grease. the grease will have nowhere to go with the shaft blocking it's exit so it just compresses and pushes out the bearing.

Don't laugh, it works, I've done it on a # of different cars, and my own 7 allready!
