I have the truly ghetto way to get it out w/o the mazda tool. Fing a piece of round metal that just barly fits inside the pilot bearing. Then fill the whole thing up with wheel bearing grease, place the shaft in the hole, then whack it with a hammer, it may take a few times and a bunch of grease. the grease will have nowhere to go with the shaft blocking it's exit so it just compresses and pushes out the bearing.
Don't laugh, it works, I've done it on a # of different cars, and my own 7 allready! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/moon.gif |
