my rx7 dash dont work

hi guys i live in Orlando and i just purchased my dream car fd3s but am having a few problems one my cars dash wont work nothing showing needles wont budge i already checked the fusses under the driver side can any one help please. and if any one has back seats available or head light covers please let me know
