Changed Motor Now My Headlights Dont Work

Their are alot of possibilities. Your best bet is to either buy a manual or download the section that describes how to determine why your check engine light is on. Better yet if you can take it to a rotary shop or maybe even a mazda dealer and let them use the computer on it. Work from their.....cause it might be too different things.
Right now, just check for basic things. Fuses, disconected wires. If you can drive your car does it drive normal? Gauges indicating that the car is fine? Wierd idle, lumpy? Coolant filled? Oil? PS? their are many things that could put that damn light on! OH! does anything beep when you start your car??

Definitely check the fuses. Also run a check and see what codes you are throwing. Check out http://www.iluvmyrx7.com/ - they have the factory service manual with step by step instructions for the different engine codes.
