Internals? Drivetrain?

I see a lot of you guys with over 400 hp and im just wondering what kind of internals you are running? lightened rotors,low compression, stock?
Also what kind of clutch,driveshaft,diff., and axles are you guys running?
i want to go single(TO4e or TO4s) but dont want to have to upgrade all these things cause i lack the money. should i just wait?
