Ok, i thought originally i was getting a fuel cut. but now when i get inconsistent boost. sometimes all the way to 12.5, next only to 10, but it aslo jerks sometimes like an weird fuel cut. So obviously the acclerations it erratic as well. i know the long list of places to look, but was hoping someone could give a better place to start.

well if it always switches the seond turbo, and has inconsistent boost, it cant be a leak, or the turbos. it could be a bad wastegate solenoid

because if it was a leak you would not get a consistant changeover to the second turbo. Something would be fucked up before then.

The secondary comes on at 4500 rpm. Is it coming on line?

yes very quick blip at 4500, when it is running right it seems to go 12 - 10 -11, but it does not do that consistently. seems to be more problems when it is cold. perhaps a gasket?

thanks FD3boost, know you been through it all.
