Okay....I just went outside and checked. They are their. But they dont go through. The one on the TB enters a little passage. And the one on the manifold goes to one little pipe. Go figure

They are there from the factory.

Apparently they are. It looks funny though how the hole in the exhaust manifold is slightly melted.
