I have a stock 93 touring with a street port and greddy downpipe and running low boost 6-8. when warm it idles at 500 or slightly lower. i think this is a good thing since most of the ported motors i know of idle higher (1000) but is it a bad thing for the motor?

that is a bit low, really it's not bad for the engine, but around 750 would be ideal. I run 1k idle, but thats just my personal taste
