When i let out of gear and I coast the idle surges up and down like 3 times then settles about 12- 1300 Rpm. If i rev the engine real quick it goes away but it still doesn't go below about 1100 rpm. It is only occasionally that the idle settles at a stop down below the 1000 rpm mark. I am about to change the twin turbos out with another set but wasn't sure if those were connected to the problem in any way. The turbos I have now are leaking like crazy.

I was thinking it might be the sensor on the TB that determines when to drop the idle after warm up. I did coolant bypass for the TB at one point but then re- connected it.

See if your TPS is any good. Check the tightness on your throttle cable, and then adjust your throttle screw(s) as necessary..

If you have an intake leak, it's idleing like crap because of the leak.
