it COULD be the line from the AST to the overflow tank - there is a connection to hoseclamp. It is located behind the radiator right there, and if leaking would appear to come through the fins... possible, but I dunno... If its a radiator , time for a new one... and a new belly pan.

sometimes a small radiator leak won't leak while the car is running due to the fact the coolant is flowing past the leak really fast. when you shut the car off the coolant just sits there, presuure builds in the system and the pissing begins

On my first motor with bad water seals when I would shut off the motor it blew off the overflow line and the pressure along with coolant would come out. I couldn't see the line and it leak right on the radiator, so I thought it was the radiator.
I hope this isn't right in your case.

ok, some update.... last night and today i have been putting water in the tank, and before i drove home from work, i openned the radiator cap and bright green stuff was in there, so im guessing the busted line is between the overflow going out

You havent checked it?>!?!?!?!
Seriously - takes like 5-10 mins... just follow the line from the AST to the overflow tank. It is 2 pcs and there is a coupler right above the radiator where your leak appears to be.
