sounds like my old red one... the rough sound is the port.

It's still around 1400, but it hasn't started surging again. I'm not sure but I think it'll start again if it gets up over 86C. I haven't had the chance to get it that hot yet.. I need to though, so I can attempt to tune it out (as jspecracer7 and others have suggested). Oh, idle is still at 1400. I haven't tried to lower it, but I actually don't think I can. The idle set screw is all the way out IIRC, and the air bleed is shut (indicating a problem, or vacuum leak, yes) but the car runs and drives like a champ. I just don't have the time to sit and tune it for hours on end.. I'm lucky to drive the goddamn thing..

Thanks, I will. I don't plan on tuning to agressive. I'm happy with ~400-420 and I think I can net that with a relatively conservative tune. We'll see.
