Okay so a deer ran into my FD a little while ago and I'm having trouble finding a JDM replacement front bumper. I would like a JDM replacement, or at least a bumper with the same body lines. Attached is a picture of my front end (before the deer)

Doesn't someone make a 99 spec front end without the license plate holder?

I'm not sure...

I should've mentioned this in the first post but it's a 1992 Efini RX7; an actual Japanese import.

Moving this to 3rd gen section, maybe it'll get a response there.

Not sure off hand if anyone offers a 99 spec bumper in urethane without the front plate. rx7store, Corksport and others offer OEM but pretty sure it will have the raised vertical surface for a plate. There are probably vendors offering it in fiberglass without that plate area, but personally I wouldn't buy one. Hard fiberglass would probably fit like *** and shed paint like a sick dog shedding hair. You also can't change JUST the front bumper cover. To do it right you'll need the reinforcement, lights, front lip and under-tray.

not sure how i missed this. that is a STOCK US bumper on the OP's car. Just because it is a RHD/JDM car doesn't mean anything. Unless it was made before 1996 it's identical (other than the steering wheel position, brakes, etc) ..... and i cheated and just looked at the pic he posted. I'll PM you with the email of someone that has a few of the stock front bumper covers lying around, and he's not too far from Richmond,Va either.. If you don't hear from me in a coupla days, send me a PM so that i don't forget to talk to him.
