Got the car back from Rotor Sports Racing earlier this week. Got the engine rebuilt and street ported, tranny rebuilt, hose job, ACT clutch, and urethane motor mounts. Hard to tell how quick she is right now, as i've got about another 700 miles to go on the break-in. Overall, I'm very pleased with Brian's work on the car, and would recommend his shop to anyone. There's a few pics of the car here

Vosko, this means that you can now change the line under my avatar

Russell, there is no need to wait that long to start boosting it.

I would start boosting it after 400 miles. That is more than enough.

i thought 1000 miles seemed sort of on the cautious side. It has 320 miles on the new motor, and i just changed the oil today.

why is there a break in period on rotaries? i understand on a piston engine the reason for the break in, but couldn't really think of what a break in on a 13B accomplishes.

They have been doing it for years and they dont get any compliants (no pun intended)

I started boosting mine around 400 miles or so.
