Engine Harness + Non Seq...
Anyone take apart their harness to eliminate unwanted wires and connectors after going non seq and after blocking off the ACV etc...etc...
I ran into a dilemma where my stock harness was really bad... broken connectors and brittle wires. About a year and a half ago, I bought a used harness w/ low miles from someone on the forum... but only to install it a year and a half later. I relized that some connectors where missing, I found only one for the ACV for example instead of 3.
Since I have the old and new harness, I was thinking of hacking it up and redoing one harness to make a good one and wrap it with high temp insulation.
What I'm not sure is if I should remove the wires/connectors for the ACV, solenoids, etc...etc... I have one harness taken apart but i'm unsure if I should just snip and completely remove the wires.. I found one wire on the solenoid connecter to lead to another connector which will not be removed...
any suggestions?

I just redid my harness.
Jason, leave the plugs for things like the AVC there, and for the solinoids Just make some 1/2 watt 330 ohm resistors with male spades on both ends to plug into them to complete the circuit.
