okay I have begun the conversion and i will try to post pics soon. so far the tank is drained and the stock lines are out and I'm ordering the dual fuel pump bracket and sending my fuel rails off to be hard anadonized as well as buying my fuel fittings form russellperformance.com tommorrow morning.

I'm glad to see that there are so many people interested in an enviromentally friendly fuel.. I'm trying to figure out what fuel lines to use for this setup and I'm having a hard time deciding. I tried to base it off of the stock fuel line size but I have no idea what size they are and everywhere I search I can't get any info on there size. also i have a denso pump and i really liked it when I used my gas setup and i would like to just buy another one to use for my dual pump setup but i don't know what they are made of or if they would take alcohol fuels. I know that the walbros are able to take 100% methanol or ethanol but they don't flow as much fuel as the denso pumps so if anyone could tell me what size the factory hard fuel lines are and/or what materials the denso pumps are made of I would be extremely grateful then i can finaaaalllly get this project under way. thanks in advance

There is a guy in MN whos building an 3 rotor, 3 turbo, E85 FD. He's running mechanical pump and said E85 is conductive and wanted to be safe.

okay this may be stupid but could you explain the whole "conductive" fluid deal? also what did you mean by him wanting to stay safe? about the denso pump (I should have clarified) I meant rp competition pump
