In the real world his new motor/turbo/fuel system/etc...will all need tuned regardless. But as far as his car running and starting, as long as he adjusts the Primary setting to 850, he should start and drive fine, just not ideal perhaps.

If it starts, I'm happy. I'll move to tuning when I find out if she runs..
