I'm still going with an internal injector problem. Also I would not reccomend running the car with the grounds jumped, that could have some ill effects on the pfc injector drivers. I still say that by jumping the grounds you are adding more current flow to the injectors, which is the cause for them to open.

Even if the PFC fires both at once, (which btw I don't believe they do), that would still not be a reason to have to tie the grounds together. No one else has ever had to do that. Injectors my friend, Injectors. Try some new ones

Alright. I'm shooting for a new set.. I'm finished with the harness, so I'm headed to the garage to put that BIOTCH back in.. While I'm there I'll yank the rail, pull the primaries and replace them with something that actually might work.

Thanks SO much for all the help fellas.. Somehow I'll give all your time back to ya.

Aight.. I got the 850's in the rail..

What I did was add another rubber o-ring on the bottom to seal it in the rail.. Is that right? I tested the rail and it doesn't leak.. So I'm good? Or is there something else I have to do...

Damn... I didn't even know that was on his site.. THanks!!

The only question I have about that is.. Even with the small ring behind the large ring, the large ring doesn't seal with the rail on the inside. I put another ring behind the large ring (Without installing that little one) and that seals it.. And I just reallized that sounds so confusing! Maybe I'll post some pics to help.. When I get home.

Really the spacer O ring(s) are just to keep the injector O ring from being pushed out of the way. If you don't have a leak there is nothing more to be done but start the car.

Don't expect a smooth low idle---- these things are going to be pumping in about 55% more fuel than your 550s so you are going to be running rich rich rich. If you keep them in place until you get new 550's (or just leave them as your permanent primaries) follow the rules of thumb laid out in the

articles.

He has a PFC, he can simply change the injector size from 550 to 850 and the PFC will compensate for the added cc in fuel and it should run fine.

In the real world however, his a/f will still be off. The PFC, even though it's set for a certain injector, is opening an 850cc injector for x amount of milliseconds....but the 850cc can flow more than the 550cc at x milliseconds...get it? 9base3's car will run, but he'll have to turn down the injector map percentages a few percentages(or go into the base map and lower the injector opening times)
