the same thing is happening to my car but when i am driving it if i push the pedal to the floor the it seams to hit the engine brake and back fire alot and not go any faster

My car did that before the seals blew... GET A COMPRESSION TEST IMMEDIATELY.

my car had a compression test done about 1000 miles ago and every thing was ok could it had went bad this quickly

If compression test comes back OK... check your primary injectors... might have broken pintle caps or be leaking somehow...
