Ito, it seams like all three seals on the front rotor are damaged. When I crank it with the front leading plug removed it just sounds like it is flooded, no compression. The rear rotor makes uniform and strong wooshes. If it was a previously damaged seal, then wouldn't just that one seal break instead of all three?
I have seen some apex seals just break the tip of the seal and leave the rest of the seal in place. That is the weakest point of the apex seal. Sometimes this will happen and the engine has a mininum lost of power. Idle and vacuum will be affected the most. If the engine keeps running eventually that chipped apex seal will collapse and break the rest of the seals. When I heard the idle last time that is what it sounded like. I looked at your boost gauge and saw your vacuum kinda of low and the gauge needle moving a little. Giving the indication of some type of internal vacuum problem. Usually cracked or chipped apex seal. I feel for you. Dave @ KDR is a super good guy and I know you guys will come to a perfect understanding. If I could help in any way you have my number.

Just pulled the turbo off and it seamed ok at first, but when I pulled off the turbine housing I found that the exhaust wheel is all chewed up. I think every single blade is damaged at the tips. Anyone know where I can get a new exhaust wheel?

Ito, I had 15-16 inches of vacuum. Seamed ok to me.

Ihor remember when I installed the diff. at my shop? I told you your idle seemed not normal. In my opinion the engine had a sound like a hurt apex seal. I think your engine was previously hurt from prior high boost when your wastegate was giving you problems. I made that comment to Vosko, about how your idle was not normal.
judge ito,

what's the difference in the idle sound w/ a hurt apex seal as opposed to normal idle.
