Thanks ppl... My problem is almost solved.... it was a vaccum hose not connected... Also about the turbos the mechanic was right to some extent... i mean he is an idiot cuz he said the secoandary turbo was a gonner but becuz of him i found something else that was wrong with my turbos.... The manifold had cracked.. ihave taken pics but i do not know how to attach them... My car runs much better now... and the used turbos costed me around $300
