There are quite a few differences between the 93 and 99 cars. The intercooler piping was different, the turbos had the abraided housing and the turbine flowed more, the 99 had a 16 bit ecu,the intake manifold and rats nest were different among other things.. I have seen some 98+ FD's put down some pretty good numbers with very little mods, like 315 with cat back, boost controller and a fuel pump.
I dunno about 369 at 10 psi sounds high but then again Revolution did 417 rwhp on stock 99 twins running sequential, at 1.2kg/cm3 with a v-mount and god knows how much dyno time, they own the stock turbo class in superlap.
The key to making a stock turbo car fast, is run really high boost at low rpms, and then taper it down with rpm to not choke on the turbine, it makes a really fat big torque curve.

Max hes saying 369rwhp @ 7psi. I can believe that at 15psi, but not 7. That is what a 74+mm wheel does at 7psi...

Mate I don't really take to being called a liar, so here goes the link to the article on my car.
369hp @ rear wheels on 8lbs of boost. READ IT AND WEEP.

As I said earlier, either a dyno or boost issue. Until you can show me a dyno sheet documenting those numbers with VIN matching the one on your car, I don't believe it. Given some of the tuner shops nowadays, not sure I'd believe it even then. And I really don't care if you "take to be called a liar" .

Not only that, I have yet to meet a Japanese tuning shop that would use 3mm seals, and I have met alot of them. The only 3mm'ing going on over there is for carbons in N/A motors. To much in that article sounds made up.
