3rd Gen. Turbos Disassemble

I have a question. I want to dissassemble two stock use 3rd Gen. turbos and switch the manifold on them.

Do I have to balance them upon putting the manifold back on??

Just mark the postion of the wheels versus the shaft, and put them back together they way they came apart.
