o my bad, i meant to say 1/8" off the primary rail..

you can do the 4x1600cc, but i would buy a new rail from that is made the bigger injector. also need to get a better stand alone.

i hear the autronic is the best for this.

heres a pic of what i was talking about.

i would upgrade the primaries, every part of the fuel system should be upgrade when making anything over325whp.

for the moding of the primary fuel rail, all you need to do is mill it 1/16 of inch, but its up to you.

*my mind thinking*

one question i do have for jspecracer7 is, why would the injectors leak? is it because they are short so they would move around the rail? if this is the reason, ive heard of putting an extra 0-ring in there, but i didnt know if that would work or not.
I guess you never seen a side by side comparison. The 850cc injectors are smaller in size than the 550cc. You put them in, they will leak.

There are HUNDREDS of people making over 400 rwhp on 550cc/1680cc injectors? Why would you need to upgrade the primaries? Upgrading primaries means you have to TUNE driveability, which is NOT easy with larger injectors. But you knew that right?

Then you should stick with 550/1680cc injectors. That's good for 450 to the wheels. And you still have room for more HP if you want.

On a side note, it's -6 line, not 6AL.
