1300 Cc Or 1600 Cc ?

With a T04E what CC inj would you use 1300 or 1600? Also what is the max boost you could run to both of those? All this considering the car has a racing fuel pump, Power FC, MSD ignition, full 3" racing exhaust, And a front mount intercooler.

Yep, why buy twice? Just have built in overkill. How are you controlling the injectors? A piggyback device that is limited in it's range of adjustability or a standalone that will allow you to use the injectors to their full ability with room left over for anything else you might cook up in the future?

Couldn't you just modify the stockers to 660's & 1300's and if you want more in the future you can add two more top feed injectors with a fuel rail?
I would like to run a T04R with 660's/1300's. I don't want to run a fuel rail for the 1600's. Why would it be any harder to add two brand new 1600's in addition to later on down the line? ...as apposed to a fuel rail for secondary 1600's?

You want to upgrade the fuel rail at this point anyhow. The stock fuel rail is not going to support your 1300's for vey long. Blank Fuel rail is available through a lot of companies. And why pay the price for cleaning and flowing an injector when you can buy the 1680's for just about the same price (average cleaning is $25 per injector and $30-50 to rewind and flow test them. Its your motor, but having the peace of mind knowing that the fuel is there is not as scary when you start pushing a lot of boost. Take a look at Dragons setup, or anybody that is running a TO4R or larger turbo, The fuel system is the first upgrade. There is a reason, the more fuel, the lesss headache.

I chose 1600 in the 1st place because I didn't want to have to upgrade later on. You are never going to get %100 back on those used injectors when you upgrade later on, so why waste money?. I know on t2's you don't have to buy a custom fuel rail, you can modify the bosch injectors to the same size as the nippo denso stock style, you might be able to this for Fd's. Having custom rails is also debatable, 13Bace has a t72 powered t2 vert that runs stock rails....
Rx7 kidd is running a pfc correct? So transition should not be a problem w/ bigger injectors..

Also, the stock T2 rail wil bolt up to an FD, you just need the correct spacing for it. I just need to find either 720cc or 1000cc top feed injectors for cheap.
Anybody got them?
