Yes, you will need to do a single turbo conversion however because I don't think the cosmo manifold/turbos will fit.

K2RD also sells the motor mounts to put the 13B RE in the FC as well, makes it easy to do the swap.

With the Cosmo LIM/UIM and 20b TB, I should expect to see the most gains at the top end, especially with my Turbo. Granted, with a stock turbo car, I doubt there will be enough HP gain to warrant a swap.
