Here's what you'll need for the swap minus the throttle cable.

Here's a shot of the runner difference. Pic's a little fuzzy, but you get what I mean...

The FD upper intake has an idle control valve on the side of it's upper intake manifold, where as the Cosmo 13B does not. However, the 20B throttle body has an idle control valve on the throttle body. This setup seems as if it may work. Here's pics of both.

Here's a pic of the inside of the upper intake manifold.

and here's a comparison on the length of the overall manifold w/ throttle body and throttle body elbow. It is much shorter than the FD, but it will fit with the stock oil filler neck just fine. I didn't have an FD throttle body and elbow handy at the time of this picture, but it speaks for itself.

The 13B Cosmo throttle body elbow is made of aluminum, so it can be cut to length if need be and tig welded for whatever angle you'll need. I don't have P/S so I will be using 100mm aluminum piping going to it from the intercooler.
