I should prolly also add that i despise adding any of the aftermarket crap to my oil and fuel, it's a waste of money, none of it meets the promises they make on the bottle. It's right up there with your "***** enlargement pills" as far as i am concerned.
This winter i bought a cheap beater for the snow. A 98 Subaru Impreza, 250k miles and a leaky front main that would spew oil onto the header manifold. The car smoked like it was on fire.
I used Lucas oil treatment and the smoke within days, tapered off to nothing. And the leak was down to a couple occasional drops.

Ive used MMO plenty before. Id run it in place of 2 stroke oil for premix every time I did an oil change. Also used it in the oil from time to time as well. It does help break up any deposits in the oil and fuel systems.
I used it in the oil in my moms saturn a few times. At about 150k miles, the valve cover gasket started leaking a little, and after getting that fixed, the mechanic said the inside of the head was the cleanest he has ever seen on a car with that many miles.
Id also like to add that its popular in general aviation, especially when breaking in engines.
