On the J-spec TB there is only one idle adjustment - the primary throttle mechanical stop screw on the rear of the TB.

If you have to turn it more than a little, you may have to reset the TPS to catch up to the new idle stop position.

I modified my UIM to work with an A-spec BAC, so I can use the air bleed adjustment also.

I think what he meant was re-adjust the TPS back to spec after touching other things that may throw off the spec on the TPS.
