What Is The Difference Between A Tii And Gxl

From: One hour north of chicago (Mundelein to be exact)

If I were to swap a TII engine into a GXL what would I be missing that a TII has. Does it have the LSD and the same tranny as the TII? Is the suspension better on the TII? Anything differences would be helpful in making my decision.

Well the tranny drive shaft and rear end are different.

the gxl has different seats, the auto adjusting suspension, different wheels

instead of spending all that money puttin g a t2 engine in.... just buy a new n/a motor and port the **** out of it and put a full RB exhaust system on and u will have a beast

I know this question has varibles of it's own, but..what would be the ballpark figure for the cost of a good port job and exaust..And what kind of power can you get out of it?
