Question: What is considered a normal range (in Hg) for vacuum at 750-800 rpm for a healthy s4 t2 motor?

P.S. for some reason I cannot get the search function to work

Well, I am trying to judge the condition of a car which is out of state. The guy says the car runs great had 3 even bounces of a little over 90psi using regular compression tester and the motor pulls 15"hg at idle. I know the the usual testers indicate lower bounces but it still seemed a tad low but from what you are saying the vacuum is on the good side. What should I make of this? Oh yeah, 88K on the motor.
